Account Management
How do I create a Sparrk account?
Creating a Sparrk account is quick and easy. You can start booking courts in just a few taps.
Just follow these steps:
First, download and install the Sparrk app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Pick how you’d like to create your account: Email address or sign up via your Google account
Follow the steps to create an account on Sparrk.
Set your name, password and upload a profile photo (optional, but recommended!).
That’s it! You’re now ready to explore and book your next game.
Can I sign up using Google?
Yes! You can register or log in using your Google account for convenience.
How do I verify my email address?
Verifying your email helps keep your Sparrk account secure and ensures you receive important updates about your bookings.
Step-by-step to verify your email:
- Sign in to the Sparrk app.
- After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email.
- Open the email and click the “Verify Email” button. Once clicked, you’ll be redirected and your email will be confirmed.
I have an email verification issue
If you’re having trouble verifying your email, try the following steps:
Check your inbox and spam folder. Look for an email from Sparrk with the subject line “Verify your email address.” It may take a few minutes to arrive.
Resend the verification link
- Open the Sparrk app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap “Resend Verification Email”
Make sure your email is correct. Check for any typos in your email address. If needed, update your email and request a new verification link.
Still not receiving anything?
- Make sure your email provider isn’t blocking Sparrk messages.
- Try using a different email address.
If you’re still having issues, feel free to contact our support team through the app or via hello@sparrk.ph.
Why am I not receiving my verification email?
If you’re not getting your verification email, please check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you entered the correct email address when signing up. If it’s still missing, try resending the verification email from the app.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password through the app’s login page.
If you’re still unable to access your account, contact our support team for help.
Booking Courts & Payments
How do I book a court?
Booking a court on Sparrk is simple and only takes a few taps!
Follow these steps to book:
- Open the Sparrk app and log in to your account.
- Tap “Explore Courts” and browse available spaces near you.
- Use filters to narrow your search by sport type and location.
- Choose a court and tap “View Details” to see photos, availability, and host rules.
- Select your preferred date and time from the calendar.
- Tap “Book Now” and proceed to payment.
- Pay securely via GCash or Maya.
- Once payment is successful, your booking is confirmed and ready to play.

What payment methods does Sparrk accept?
Sparrk accepts GCash and Maya for safe, cashless payments transactions.
These options let you book instantly and get confirmed without hassle.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the facility.
Before confirming your booking, check the court’s cancellation terms listed on the facility page. Some venues allow free changes within a certain time, while others may have stricter rules.
Tip: If you’re unsure, reach out to the host via Sparrk or contact our support team for help.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your payment goes through, your booking is instantly confirmed, no need to wait for calls or texts.
- You’ll receive a confirmation notification in the app and email.
- You can also check all booking details anytime under “My Bookings” in your Sparrk account.

How do I view my transaction history or invoices?
You can easily view your past bookings and payment records through the Sparrk app:
- Open the Sparrk app
- Go to “My Bookings”
- Tap the “Completed Bookings” tab to see all your past bookings
- Select a booking to view its full details, including payment info and invoice (if available).

During Your Game
Do I need to contact the court owner before playing?
Not usually. Most bookings on Sparrk are hassle-free, no need to call or message them.
If the facility requires check-in or contact, you’ll see the instructions in your booking details inside the app.
Just show up, follow the directions, and play!
What if I arrive late for my booking?
You can still use the facility within your reserved time slot.
However, we recommend letting the host know through Sparrk Chat to avoid any confusion or issues when you arrive.
Keep in mind: Your time ends based on your original schedule, not when you arrive.
Can I extend my game time?
Yes, if the court is still available. Just open the Sparrk app, check the court calendar, and book an additional slot instantly if there’s an open time.
Tip: It’s best to secure extra time early to avoid someone else booking it.
How do I contact the host if I have issues during the game?
You can message the host directly through Sparrk’s in-app chat. It’s the fastest, easiest, and most secure way to get assistance or updates during your game.
No need to call or search—just tap and chat.
What if the court or facility is locked when I arrive?
If you find the court locked, contact the host right away using Sparrk’s in-app chat.
Can’t reach the host? Report the issue and contact Sparrk support so we can step in and assist you promptly.
Can I leave a review after the game?
Definitely! After your game, you’ll have the chance to rate your experience and share your feedback directly in the app.
Your honest review helps other players discover the best courts and helps hosts improve their service.
Support & Security
How do I report a problem or get help?
If there’s a problem or if you need help, go to the Help Center or message our support team directly through the Sparrk app. We’re always here to assist you.
Is my personal information safe with Sparrk?
Yes, your security is important to us. Sparrk uses advanced encryption and secure systems to keep your personal data safe. We’re committed to protecting your privacy every step of the way.
What should I do if I suspect suspicious activity on my account?
If you notice anything unusual, immediately change your password. Then, contact our support team through the Sparrk app or Help Center—we’ll investigate and help secure your account right away.
How do I change my email address or password?
Go to Account Settings in the Sparrk app, then tap Edit Profile. From there, you can easily update your email or set a new password whenever you need to.
